Rented a car for 1 day, the car wasn't newer like in the airport but costumer service was great and check it and out was fast and smooth

Customer service was terrible. Assistant manager, Angel was rude, at best. When we inquired about polices his response was either, “I don’t make the rule” or an ultimatum. He eventually put his hand up in our faces in attempts to silence us. When discussing cars he was argumentative. When we inquired with another representative, he belittled the employee stating, “he’s only a part-timer.” However that part timer has more grace and etiquette that the assistant manager. To boot, the waiting area and counter wrecked of cigarettes. Atrocious environment and customer service.
