Up date, Excellent place for car rentals!!!nI don't know why there is bad reviews. Plenty of overnight parking, clean restrooms, knowledgeable employees. Catherine is a smart employee who deserves a raise and should be promoted. Easiest experience i had with a rental. They answer the phone, and emails ASAP.

Gave me a car with a bad tire!! Now I have to fix it. Have had to put air in it everyday!! They told me I’m responsible for fixing the tire. I am so disappointed and beyond upset!!!

Kyle was super helpful in getting me into an insurance rental. The price was great, the car was clean, and he was there to answer the phone if I had any questions.

I wish I could give zero stars. The two representatives at the front desk have been the most disrespectful humans I've ever encountered. Racial profiling me and not willing to work or help. I understand rules and policies are there but, how can somebody know them if they are not explained by your staff? 3.5 hours took me to rent a car from you guys. I will be writing an official letter to your corporate office with more details. This is unacceptable behavior. Their unwillingness and unprofessional attitude can not go unnoticed
