Drove a Nissan Kick from Hazard Kentucky to Salt Lake City Utah. When I picked up the car it wasn’t very clean. I was assured that it had been sanitized. It was apparent that it had been wiped down but it was still dusty and dirty and not what I would have expected out of a rental. I was also told that it had recent maintenance on it. The front passenger side tire was in terrible shape which no doubt led to bad fuel economy and costing me more in gas on my trip. When I arrived in Salt Lake City I was asked about my satisfaction and after they examined the car I was told I would get $100 off my bill and someone would contact me. No one contacted me and my bill was not adjusted.
Guy was super helpful super nice. Tried his best to get us something big but they only had 2 vehicles.
this location is a complete disgrace to Enterprise. The only place in the area to rent a car and they have no rental days or limited rental days. The manager refuses to speak on the phone and switches the customer to the main Enterprise line. Avoid this place if at all possible. Totally unprofessional and a disgrace.
