Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Well that is not my name,old name either way,renting a car from here was PERFECT!! AND VERY FAST THEY HAD MANY CARS TO CHOOSE FROM!! THEY 100% DID PICK US UP ON TIME WE HAD THE CAR FOR 2WKS NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.. I RECOMMEND THEM OVER ANY LOCAL CAR RENTAL,SO 10 STARS FOR THIS CAR RENTAL.. THANK YOU VERY MUCH AND VERY VERY CLEAN!!

The Enterprise location at 406 E Oglethorpe Blvd Albany, Ga was under staffed and they never had rentals available at the specified time given for you to pick up. I arrived on Tuesday expecting to get a rental and was told that i had to come back the next day at 4pm and there was still no guarantee that i would have a rental then. The staff was nice and courteous but the lack of vehicles for this location was a big disappointment. I had to spend additional money i had not planned on spending to get a room that night. I called the Enterprise reservation to make sure i would have a car waiting for me when i got there they assured me that i should have no problem. But when i got there there was a 2hr wait and i ended up leaving without a rental that day.

I came in just after a snow storm and was able to rent a car right away. The car was nicely prepared for me. There was even a clorox wipe in the car for me to use.
