Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented a car for the weekend for my wife’s birthday and it was an amazing experience. Eric the manager went above and beyond to make sure I was in a car that fit my needs. He knows what he’s doing and most importantly he knows how to treat a customer. He will make sure all your questions are answered and follow up to make sure you are happy with the car you rent. I will definitely be renting with Eric and the Butler location again!

Excellent service with very nice informative staff. Please be advised, inspect car very carefully, especially the windshield. After 150 miles of use, my rental developed a crack from the bottom area of windshield, which cost me $250 dollars out of pocket to replace windshield. I rented without using a credit card.

This is one of the best Enterprise location! Every visit has been smooth, efficient and greeted by the very kind manager- Eric. There is a location much closer to me but yet I prefer to go further out to the Butler location because of the excellent customer service. The cars were always clean and in good condition. All around this is the best location to get your rental.

Thank you enterprise for renting the car for two months. The manager Eric and James assistant manager was very professional made it smooth process for me with no complication I will highly recommend them if you need a car.
