Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great staff. Very courteous, friendly, helpful! Been my go-to place to rent a car for the past couple of years.

I almost rented a car from this Enterprise. This location is the one worst Enterprise locations I have been to because their staff is not welcoming and has no knowledge of the cars on their lot. The Morristown location is way better than this location.

The staff is amazing and extremely cooperative. There were two very attractive young men helping me at the time. Not going to lie, I wanted to take one of them home with me!! I went there looking for a Lamborghini Huracan EVO for my birthday but soon enough one of the staff members put me in my dream car, a 2019 Chevy Cruze in pearl white. Of course I got the full package. I couldn’t be any happier with my rental. I took it to the club that night and literally I was flocked with women. Thanks again Enterprise of Madison you have my returning business!!

I am reminded that people often only leave reviews when they have a negative experience, so I think it is important to note when someone has shown truly exemplary service, and that I just what I received at Madison Enterprise from Carissa, the manager. Excellent customer service, a clean vehicle, and she did all she could to make sure that I had a positive experience. Thank you!
