Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The fastest, easiest transaction I’ve ever made! This was my first time renting a car and it couldn’t have gone smoother. The car was in excellent condition and so clean! The service was perfect and courteous! I thought there would be a ton of paperwork to fill out but quite the opposite. I picked the car out online, went to the place, they showed me the car, took my credit card information and then I drove it off the lot! 5 mins tops! So great!

I was been assisted by John. He is very kind and helpful. He was friendly and as I was given the rental car by one nearby auto dealer, we had some friendly conversation. He is very professional and will walk the customer through each and every process steps.

Obtaining the automobile for the rental was reasonably easy. The car was ready although they didn’t really give me the ideal car I would have wanted. I noticed that there were two bottles under the passenger seat which made me wonder how well the car had been cleaned. There was no trouble with the car although the oil light came on when I first began to rent the car. I also noted that the tires were not sufficiently aired.When I returned the car, I had to wait about 25 minutes before I could get a ride to get my automobile from the collision shop. So I can say I certainly was happy with the overall experience but not enthusiastically happy.

Rented a minivan which turned out to be exactly what was needed for a last Horrah end of summer trip. (Thank you) the location was clean and everyone I saw working was wearing a mask. Felt safe to be there so thank you. Also great customer service she was pleasant and understanding thank you again and thanks for a great and safe experience .

Ray was great, fantastic customer service skills. The lady that was working with him, not so much. But thanks to Ray, moving my mother in law back home to Chicago was a breeze, keep up the good work !
