I have used Enterprise several times since 2003. But honestly overr the course of the past 2 months ill be taking my business elsewhere. I have been double charged twice. I have not seen my 200 dollar deposits return to my account as of yet. The location in Alexandria forgot that my wife had turned in the car and they tried to bill us because they forgot. Its been a big hassle. We rented a full size car which got a flat on the way back to our hotel. We brought the car back and were put into a mid size car. So we payed full size prices for a mid size car. When have had nothing but issues with thier customer service. They were rude and disrespectful to the point I had to hang up on two separate occasions. Even though I get good discounts with them I will be taking my business elsewhere and I will not be recommending them to any friends or family.nSTAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY!!

We schedule pickup of vehicle when they opened...got there early, and they checked us in 15 minutes before opening time. Nice! When we returned the vehicle, it was quick and painless.

Manager was very rude and had an attitude once he found out I wasn't purchasing their insurance. Explained how irresponsible I was for not purchasing their coverage even though my credit card provided excellent rental insurance coverage. I saved myself 175$ by not wasting my money on their insurance. No accidents or issues with the vehicle. Very unprofessional customer service. I will never rent from this location again.

The only hiccup we experienced was not receiving the contract and I thought the car deposit was $100 when it was actually $200. No one reinforced the amount.
