I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Do not give them any credit information until you are absolutely positive you want to rent they charged my husband $600 before he even saw the car or agreed to the rental for the week. Then told him he has to wait 3-5 business days to get it back. Aside from that their customer service is extremely poor.

Horribe experience. They charge for a midsize and give you a compact. The car was dirty and the tires were so cheap you could feel the road. It was a scary car. They over charged me for a vehicle. I would not recommend this place. Better to go to the Airport and get a better deal

Transaction went smooth. Be aware of full contract agreements and what you will owe. Take vehicle inspection with agent. Dont rely on there word you never know...
