Service is really good. I have booked a regular sedan and upgraded to another car. They helped me with my booking changes and also quick with other add-ons and changes :) . Thank you guys...

The absolute worst experience you can possibly have renting a car. Do yourself a favor and go to Enterprise or Avis. Hell, even renting a truck from Uhaul would be a better alternative then going through this place.

I'm using Hertz rental car from this location (earlier it was in New Brunswick ave) since more than 1year and found them very cooperative and fast. I'll recommend others and will myself continue using their service as and when required.

You might be hard to find out this Hertz store directly from road side. This Hertz desk was located inside the Pep Boys store.

Terrible service. Every time I've had to deal with this location there was no one at the desk and I had to wait 10-15 mins for someone.nWhen I called telling them I need an extension on my rental they said no problem and they'd just use the card they had on file. A few days later I got a call saying my rental was overdue.
