Horrible.nnThe car was much smaller than expected. We specifically requested a car with a 3rd row. The car they provided could only fit a small child and had no truck space. They tried to upgrade us to what should have been our car for an additional $250.nnAlso, the car was dirty. If you’re looking for a clean and sanitized car, do not go here. I had to argue with the attendant to wipe the seat which had a white food stain. They also left someone’s face mask.

This place made my day. You won't get dissatisfied when you be nice and ask for a discounted upgrade. Friendly people.

Reserved a full-sized car 3 weeks in advance. When we arrived at the rental agency, they had only mid-sized cars. Said they had 2 pages of rentals for full-sized cars and had none. Initially offered no discount on the mid-sized rental and then $2 a day. The car was a Mazda 3 with 46,000 miles that vibrated on the highway. The car smelled of cigarettes and had not been cleaned. Customer service was non-caring at this agency. Horrible experience. Do not rent from them. Rent from a more reputable agency. Supposedly they represent Budget, Payless and Avis but it's a joke. Had a far superior experience at Enterprise.
