I frequently rent cars and suvs from this enterprise agency. I am always receive courteous and quick service. Best of all they don’t make mistakes on your statement.

I was disappointed with my rental. I requested a sedan and when I got there was told they only have SUVs. The right rear tire had a slow leak. I had to have air put in before the trip and then on the way home. We stopped at Enterprise in GA and their air hose was broken so they sent us down the road to a tire shop that fixed it. Lost time. This was the second car that I have requested Sirius and was told it would come on in 5-10 minutes. I tried all different things and two different Enterprise stores. Finally I went back to my original dealer who said some cars don’t have it. They should know that and tell you.

At pick up was met with impolite, rude service (skinny light haired 30’s something guy). Drop off was much better, dark haired young guy with a beard was very polite, courteous and professional. Experienced the same prompt respectful service with the short brunette lady.
