Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was just recently involved in a motor vehicle accident which was very upsetting. I went to Champion and Dawn helped me out a great deal. She then referred me to Enterprise. Darryl drove the car to me, and all of their cars are beautiful and comfortable. Darryl was very helpful and considerate of my situation. He thoroughly explained everything I needed to know, and kept in touch with me throughout the week. I would recommend using Enterprise any time you need a rental.

Matt and his team at enterprise.Was fantastic and helping us find a 15 passenger van for my family to go to Orlando Florida for Christmas.. Matt went up and beyond to make sure we have the 15 passenger van for us not take two minivans and for my family to stay together on the drive. I am so blown away by the service and the business practice put in place at the Enterprise Windsor Branch. Matthew and Dan go way above and beyond for all of the customers needs and requests. The rentals are clean and up to date with fantastic rates attached. I am so thankful for this team put in place and I will only go to this branch when I need a rental. Go there, you will be very glad you did!!!!

Matthew, the local manager was fantastic! We broke down and Was so helpful. Got us in a a nice car for a family of 7. I was by myself with my kids and had to drop off at a garage in Cranberry and he coordinated with that office to pick it up at the garage for me. He didn’t charge me for the extra day due to a later drop off because of a winter storm. When the extra day was accidentally charged by the other office he backed out those charges. Just immensely helpful and serious customer focus.
