Enterprise Rent A Car

I have been receiving excellent service at this location, however, lately I see severe decline in the customer service under the current team. I am deaf and having difficulty communicating one on one and made pre-arrangement to pick my rental car.nWhen I got there,nI had to start all over again, consuming more than twenty minutes to input all the information again! But it was torture experience for me to make the efforts to communicate in the presence of wearing masks and not able to read the lips.nThe current team is abusing those with disabilities. I did file a complaint with Enterprise Corporate to investigate this people and provide the necessary training to improve dealing with the customers in they want to stay in business.nIt was very regrettable experience.
