Budget Car Rental

Horrible service. I booked a rental online and when I got there to pick up the car the lady told me I needed to show a passport. A passport to rent a car for a day, even tho I had a valid driver's license I needed a passport. Rediculous !!!

I usually dread the rental car process but Kim made it fast & easy. She was friendly & efficient and had me in my rental vehicle within 5 minutes. What a difference. Will rent here again. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with the top notch customer service that gives. I come to the Lodi location to rent car because of the wonderful service that Kim gives.nnI live closer to another car rental company. The experience was not the best. Have not utilized the Lodi location in many years.nnThis location is better, and closer than the Newark Airport Budget. Kim makes sure that the cars are clean, answers any questions that I had about the car I was renting.nnI will only rent cars with this Budget location. Service matters to me more than anything, and Kim consistently delivers excellent service.
