My 2015 GMC Arcadia started to lose air pressure. When I called for an appointment they were very accommodating and got my vehicle in the next day. Problem was diagnosed as faulty TCM's which was causing leaking at the value stems. They rebuilt the units and I was on my way. I had a good experience at the auto repair shop but I do have some suggestions. The bill has the charge for labor and parts but does not break down the labor into hours or time and rate per hour. I believe customers would want to see that. I know I did. The other procedure they do at the shop is that after the vehicle is done they bring it up to another part of the shop for billing. This took an additional 10 to 15 min. I don't see why it could not be done right there in the office at the lower garage saving time for the customer who is waiting. In case the shop is very professional and did a great job!

The other reviews speak for themselves. This is a top notch affordable and trustworthy business. I've been to many garages over the years and I wont ever take my car anywhere else now. They provide a great service and keep you in check with everything that is going on.

I had my annual New Hampshire inspection done at Marshall's. This is first rate business: excellent communications before the appointment, appointment on-time, excellent work and a great atmosphere, I highly recommend Marshall's and plan to return this week for my second car inspection.

People make the difference at any service business. Devon took the time to help me out with no possible financial gain to Marshall's. I guess that is why they have so many 5 star reviews. Keep paying it forward.

I showed up unannounced on a cold rainy day with an almost dead battery in my car. Mechanics assessed the situation while I drank a hot cup of coffee in their cozy office with Devon. 20 minutes later, I was on my way to complete my interrupted errands in a loaner car from Marshall’s. Just a few hours after that, I got a call that my car was all set. I picked up my car feeling really taken care of. Marshall’s is the best!!
