Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Quick easy, always had a car for me. Made rsvp. Online seemless. I know some people have troubles getting the right car. I can see that happens. I need a compact car but they gave me mid size at a compact rate. So they work with you an I have been a loyal customer for the last 5 years. But we have a new car so hopefully I won't be needing to use there services anytime soon. In a good way.

I’d give a higher review but it’s been almost three weeks and I still don’t have my (5-10 days) refund of $200. Otherwise the service was Good the sales person was really kind and pleasant. The car was clean, it didn’t have a full tank which was weird but otherwise I liked the experience.

This was my first time renting a car with Enterprise in Concord. The reservation process was very easy because I registered online. The car was ready and clean and disinfected when I picked it up. Drop off due to Covid was very easy. All I had to do was drop the keys in the Dropbox and they emailed me a receipt verifying that they received the car. I will definitely rent from Enterprise again.

When you need a rental, this is the place to come. Late model cars and great care to detail.

It's never fun having car trouble and trying to find a nice rental for a decent price, but the gentlemen at the Concord location made it easy and quick. Kevin specifically has been great to me while I was deciding whether to fix my car or call the quits. Joe and Ben have also been very helpful during this time. They're an incredible team that I am fortunate enough to know. If you want above and beyond service from people who actually want to help you, this is the place! Thanks you guys!
