Thrifty Car Rental

Called about being over billed on a 3 hour car rental just to drive from one airport to another!nGirl on phone told me I kept the car for over a 24 hour period even though we only drove it 3 hours and turned it back in at another airport.nBasically called me a liar and said I needed to take it up with my credit card company!nnThis is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen from any business! Girl was very sarcastic and blatantly rude. This location at the Grand Island Nebraska airport needs a complete overhaul and new employee’s.nWhat an embarrassment for Normally a quality company!

Great service! The staff made the vehicle check-out and check-in very quick and easy. The two employees who I worked with were both very friendly and helpful. I will rent vehicles from this location again.

HORRIBLE customer service. Have been calling for a week about an over billing where I was billed twice the amount my invoice says. I left voicemails, tried emailing- no one EVER answers the phone. I usually rent from HERTZ and now I know why. They are cheaper and their customer service blows thrifty out of the water. Rent at your own risk!
