This was my first experience having to rent a car due to my vehicle getting totaled in a car accident. This place went and beyond my expectations! It was so simple and had me in a nice Chrysler 300 very quickly and I was able to keep it until I received my check from the insurance company. Keaton was the sweet gentleman that made this experience so calm for me during a difficult time. 5 stars definitely!!
You need high quality insurance, a major credit card Visa doesn't count, and you need to live in the area.
Website said they had cars an when we got there after making reservations they said they had no cars left now why didn't they have that they were out of cars on their website?? So we called Murray's enterprise an they had cars but wanted 2 forms of bills that was not prepaid like any bill in your name that u pay monthly, so what do people that pay prepay electric or have metro pcs phones do?, but have good job and have the money in the bank to pay an also pay monthly car insurance well you r not renting a car from here they say ur money and all the bills u pay r not good enough so i would not suggest this place to no one who has prepaid bills ...
Terrible disgrace charged my card an additional 80% tax for being prepaid without warning me!!!? Scum!!!
I always rent from Rental Enterprises and probably always will. They have always done right by me. The only issue I had this time was that the car smelled of smoke. Wasn't crazy about that.
