Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This is my second review...my entire rental was perfect. From picking out my car to the return, the staff was polite and helpful. No issues. New standard in rental car service.nn(1st Review) Check in was the best rental car service I’ve seen. I got the pick of cars too. Unfortunately, the first car I chose, the control panel was out of service. The second car I chose was a good car, but smelled like old food and a wet dog. In conclusion, the service was great and the cars were not.

Although the counter in St Paul terminal 2 has been closed for some time. The airport staff was very helpful in directing us to terminal 1 where the pick up was located. They did not have the vehicle we had reserved. However they did upgrade us without any problems or charges. Were it not for the counter being closed and us having to take a train to terminal 1 I would have given rental a 5 stars.

What a great improvement with everything being online! I have always had good experiences with Enterprise while renting and interacting with people, but it would take a large amount of time of processing to get behind the wheel. This time, with everything being online, the actual time to get into the car and driving was under a minute. The longest time is walking to Enterprise garage. I look forward to future rentals.

Everything was great from start to finish. I easily reserved my car online. It was ready for me when I arrived. The car worked great for my purpose. The return process was quick and easy. I love Enterprise!

The rental staff at the airport were very friendly and helpful. We rented a 15 passenger van from MSP airport (we didn't fly in, just a local renter, this was the only location they had the van), it was a little confusing for us to get to the location at first, but it worked out. Checking out the van and returning was pretty streamlined and easy.
