Would give them less than 1 star if possible. My first time home in over a year from serving overseas.. I used rewards points to rent a vehicle, when asked for my credit card, I told them that they didn't need it because it was already paid for. They responded that they needed it for just incase I break it etc. and told me I had to sign in order to get the car. Makes sense to me, so I signed their documents and gave them my card and a month later, i get charged $413 - I go through the dispute process with my credit card company thinking there was a misunderstanding with the points system - Nope. That form that I signed ended up being $350 in extra fees for insurance. I called Dollar hoping to get a refund of ANY sort and they basically told me to cry a river.nnMy advice - make sure you know what you're signing.nI was far too excited to go see my family for the first time in over a year, that i cost me an extra $350

I wanted an suv they gave me a van. If i wanted the suv i reserved (22 hours before) i had to wait 2 hours. So i took the van. Why wait? 2 hours for what? The van gets a 4 star rating. Suv would have gotten 5.

They pretty much took 600 dollars from me and added another 100 to my bill. I can't talk to anyone about this. Will never do business with them again.

I’ve rented a car from dollar rental in Bloomington for times now and I have never had no issues except for this very last time. The guy that help me at the counter was fantastic. I normally have issues tho with paperwork or people not knowing what they're doing

Horrible service I rented a full size SUV for $225 a day . I was giving the wrong confirmation number so I had to call customer service 3 times only to be told they didn’t have my file . The whole time being charged a hourly rate for trying to extend to come home later . I was placed on hold for over a hour only for them to hang up after I requested a supervisor . This is sad for a business that’s making so much money off our dollars
