I use this service to take my non ambulatory mother to doctor appointments. I used the service on 12-8-17. Tony was the driver. It was the best experience I ever had using a medical transport service. Being a caretaker is stressful. You feel like you are in it by yourself and that there is noone to help you. While on this trip I felt as if I had someone on my team. Tony was professional and helpful. He even opened the vehicle door so I could get in. That never happened and sometimes I have had to step up a foot and 1/2 to get into the cab. I didn't need to watch him board my mother and strap her in. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and in great repair. I highly recommend this service.

This company has no respect for the client! The head guy Eric is very rude and inconsiderate, he has on more than one occasion sent my transport back to mtm for no reason at all, as far as I could tell he was just making sure that I had a hard time finding a new transport, he did this an hour before closing on the day before I was to be picked up by them. That's what kind of service you can expect from this company, oh plus the drivers like to talk about the other clients that they have, just FYI

I had to go have surgery and was so scared to ride with a stranger, my mom was supposed to go with me but had the flu an could not. Lake to lake picked me up just when they said they would and I immediately felt better because it was a really nice new clean car. Even better the driver talked to me the whole ride making me feel calm, and she even went in with me to keep me calm while I waited. She was there as soon as I was ready to go home and even took me to get my prescriptions!! I would highly recommend this company and am happy to know I get to ride with them again tomorrow for my checkup. Thanks again lake to lake and Debbi my driver.

When I became disabled a dear friend told me about my insurance providing me with transportation to Dr's appointments and then she shared Lake to Lake Transportation. They are by far the best transportation service the insurance company has sent. I now request them every time. The drivers are professional, friendly, neat, clean. The vehicles are always in beautiful condition. ( not like some of the others I have had to ride in ). I have never had to wait long for them to return to pick me back up after my appointment to return home. Lake to Lake has taken the worry out of not being able to drive anymore. Thank you Lake to Lake Transportation.

Loved this Company!! Reliable, friendly drivers. Cars were Very Clean. Called to confirm with the time they were coming the night before and got me there with time to Spare!
