Renter be warned, they do not have key drop box. If you miss their limited business hours, you are out of luck and will have to come back another day. Have a flight that day? Too bad you can't drop the keys, cancel your flight. Use enterprise instead, they have locations near by, better hours and are cheaper. And they have a key drop box.
Was a little apprehensive with all the negative reviews but have always had a good experience. Have picked up two cars in the last two months and the service has been great. Wesley is very good and gave me a great upgrade as the category I had booked didn't have many options. Great new cars as well on both my trips. The bad reviews were due to a earlier manager who had now been replaced. Will definitely go there for my future needs as well.
The farmington hills guys were really nice and helpful I'm still waiting to update on my review for the chip they said i caused because no accident report was done it. If they don't charge me or they don't charge me a lot i will change my review to 5 stars. They made buying a new car possible for me.

I did reservation and confirmation no 20793781US1.nBut I dint get vehicle saying none available. What is the use of reservation. Its meaningless.
