PSA: THEY DO NOT WEAR MASKS (see attached photo) and gave us COVID, not to mention fraudulently charged my card. My father and I tested positive for COVID exactly a week later.nnAs for the photo: Heidi (the manager) wasn't wearing a mask for the second time I went in there. I had called a day prior and asked for her help, apparently she wasn't in the previous 10 days? Her associate in this photo was COUGHING and not wearing the mask appropriately. I asked him to wear it properly after coughing a second time and completely disregarded me. This was the same COVID cough my dad now has.nnBeware: Cheapest price through Costco, but you’ll most likely get what you pay for... and probably COVID.nnPros: Overall nice people, cheapest pricennCons: Not always wearing a mask behind the desk. Their actions deem incompetent/untrained, unorganized, and fell completely short of what I'd expect for renting a car with them over 2 months, the second time and a few thousand dollars later. BE CAREFUL, CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD. They do screen your calls, so if they aren’t answering, call with *67

I had a great experience with Avis today. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I’m sure they are very busy with high demand and new safety measures related to COVID-19, but the service I received was exceptional. I look forward to renting from this location again.

The vehicle we rented (GMC Yukon) wreaked of old tobacco smoke. When I picked it up the windows were all down and had multiple air fresheners hanging. When I contacted Avis I was told I could exchange the vehicle but I would have to driver an hour one way to the airport to do so. Also, when I went to store a couple umbrellas in the rear storage compartment I found it to be full of trash, fast food bags etc with receipts from early July. No other accommodations were offered such as a discount on this or future rental.
