Was forced to use this company for transportation for medical reasons. Getting to my appointment was fine. But after being promised a driver would be there to take me home after (as per the agreement my insurance pays extra for) there was no driver. After a half hour someone pulls up. The person who showed up to take me home did not know where they were taking me. The vehicle they used was absolutely disgusting and the smell was unbearable. It's over 90 degrees today and the vehicle has no air conditioner. The driver has no face mask and obviously nothing has been sanitized as per CDC and Michigans guidelines. Never again will I ride with this horrible company and do everything I can to inform the scheduler that they never use this place again.

This company has been scheduled to pick me up more than 5 times They never show up. The one time they did the driver drove like a maniac. Never ride with them

this company is unreliable, rude and should be removed from Logisticare's list of providers. Percy had the driver tell me i should be outside 36 degrees out & Logisticare stated the driver would call the company PRIME TIME DIDNT CALL AND THE VEHICLE THAT LOOKED OUT OF PLACE WAS PRIME TIME. THEIR VEHICLES ARENT MARKED WITH COMPANY LOGO OR NAME. . POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES IVE REQUESTED PRIMETIME BE REMOVED AS A MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION PROVIDER, MEDICADE PAYS FOR. AND I WAS STRANDED...

HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL....nAvoid at ALL COSTS!!! Driver tried to FORCE HIMSELF HOURS BEFORE MY APPT TO PICK ME UP!!!! Completely inappropriate and unprofessional!!! DON'T TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU'RE A FEMALE GOING BY YOURSELF TO APPT!!!! MOLINA AND MEDICAID HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED! TRIED TAKING MY PICTURE AND ACTED SOOOO CREEPY AND PUT IN SOME OLD SCHOOL LOVE-MAKING CD.... I'VE NEVER BEEN MORE UNCOMFORTABLE IN MY LIFE

Was waiting for them, they don't come, call thc, they call them they claim I wasn't on their schedule (lies), call back again now all of sudden I was, just overlooked....it seems like everytime I deal with this company they lie on you, this is one example I have a few others that I just don't feel like listing right now. Badly mismanaged, dishonest workers....I'm just gonna try to avoid y'all and request someone else come out, in the meantime hopefully you all will get it together soon.
