Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented a vehicle and the vehicle only had 1/4 gallon of gas. Later that evening I realized the license plate had expired June 2020. The manager did not think that was a big deal to drive with an expired license plated. I insisted on getting another vehicle with a current license plate which I was accommodated. However. when I had to call regarding my concerns I was on hold for 31 minutes.nI would like to give the manager some credit; he was pleasant.nThis Enterprise Office could improve on customer service.

Rude customer service. I have never experienced that from this location so it was very surprising. Unfortunately, I had to send my own car to the shop so this was going to be a last minute option. I reserved the car at around 11:10am and had no idea they closed at 12pm. I set the reservation for 12:00pm and didn’t make it there until about 11:55am. After just standing there for a couple of minutes waiting to be greeted, and just being stared at from one of the black males he finally had (who appeared to be the manager) a white male to come acknowledge me. He told me that my card wouldn’t be accepted. He didn’t even run it through, he said it was going to be charged as a prepaid. That’s funny, because several times I have used that card on their cars and had no issues. I told him, I would go down to the bank and put the money into my other account and use that card. He said “Well in 3 minutes we close, but that he would try to wait for me” he said it with an attitude so I should’ve known he probably wasn’t. I told him that the bank was down the street and I could be right back. I went and did everything. Got back at exactly 12:07pm and they closed. I could’ve seen if it was after 12:15pm. He didn’t even give me a chance. That’s just ugly and awful. I would never do that to anyone. It’s as if these guys didn’t want to be at work in the first place. Unbelievable and ornery!

Excellent service and friendly staff. Staff answers questions in a knowledgeable, polite manner. Great clean car that ran good with no problems.
