This was the worst experience ever from monetary perspective! I reserved with Expedia and paid there for a compact car + insurance waiver included in a package of hotel + car! When I reached the rental office, there was a talkative employee (black lady, don't know her name) who told me that I have to pay insurance again as the one provided by Expedia is not accredited! Anyway I ended up that day paying additional 700$ there and found out later that I didn't have to! Please be careful from Dollar commission seekers! I had only one option which was a blue Toyota but it was fine!

I went there December 19th around 12:30 pm to pick up a car I reserved online. Worst customer service experience ever. The lady’s working behind the counter were extremely rude to the customers in front of me. I wish I could of gotten their names and I would of called corporate. I witnessed the entire thing so attempted to be extra pleasant when I arrived at the counter. Still was treated with the worst attitude I think I’ve ever experienced in customer service. I can’t understand how they still have to job. They were running out of cars and people had to wait over an hour so I understand the stress but that is no excuse to treat people terribly. I ended up leaving and renting from Alamo instead. Customer service was super fast and friendly there.

I was charged hidden and unexplained fees totally more than twice the cost of the original rental. Do not rent here, or if you do say no to everything.nThis is a despicable scam.

Many other customers and myself had to wait 3 HOURS to get our car. I had booked & paid for our vehicle ahead of time online. We were told that there were cars in the lot, but because we didn't pay for the higher class of cars, they made us wait until one of our class was available. We got ZERO compensation for the tremendous amount of time wasted. No way to reach customer service because it was the weekend. Ridiculous! Our flight took less time than waiting for the car did.

Love the service Love the vehicles upstanding service upstanding vehicles I will rent from dollar again due to inexpensiveness for a week's time and the gas mileage is awesome I went 5 00 well I say 600 mi to my destination and back and I only spent $80 in gas there and $80 back it was just awesome and I really didn't spend a whole 80 but I'm just going to round it off to the nearest dollar thank you dollar rental.
