Helpful staff, even late at night.nnUsed Hertz again 10/2020 couldn't figure out how to make a new review, but the service was outstanding from counter to return. And the shuttle driver today back to the airport was so helpful. Will definitely use Hertz again.
Didn't have the Jag I reserved, gave me a 5 series instead.
Great experience. The clerk was helpful and informative. Even after not being able to rent us a car she helped us to get a car from a competitor. That is unusual service I was not used to, I will be using Hertz regularly when I travel out of town.
