I've been renting cars with this location for at least 3 months. Joe has been very helpful in getting me in and out. Handing issues with rentals swapping out. Even during new reservations if my vehicle choice was available he upgraded with no extra charge. Thanks Joe for great customer service.

For they past two years I’ve rented through enterprise and usually it’s a smooth transaction. This time I turned in the car 40 minutes late, which usually isn’t an issue because they give an hour grace period. I was charged an extra $120 because they said they are close at noon on Saturday and could not check the car till Monday, but they can clearly see the car was there on Saturday. If I had known they would charge me till Monday I would have just kept the car until then, but because I’ve done business with enterprise for the last two years and as long as I turned in the car within my hour grace period things like turning in my car even after hours hasn’t been an issue. Truly disappointed at the customer service I received after being a loyal customer.

Very helpful and on there stuff love the car you go me in for the week while they fix my car. Will be returning again soon if I need a rental.

I would give them no stars. But I need to to comment.nAnyway, someone hit me from the back. My insurance company sent me to Enterprise. They gave me a Spark. The oil light came on, then they wanted me to take it to Bell Tire to get it service. Belle Tire was backed up. Finally a week later Enterprise called and said I could pick up another car. I get there and I get a Dodge Ram 1500. This has to have been the worst experience. I will not be renting from ENTERPRISE AGAIN. Why would you put a car on the road that you know needed to be serviced? :(

Enterprise location in Taylor, MI provided excellent service. They followed Covid-19 precautions and provided pick-up/ drop-off. P.S. the staff were nice and professional.
