AWESOME TEAM!nMiss Anna, Mr. Mike & Miss Rita,nThese 3 make my rental experience much easier than I could possibly imagine! I will call, state what I would like, tell them what I need from them book wise (so I don't get confused), and they actually do exactly what I have requested many times!nI have ONLY ONE complaint and it has nothing to do with the company or it's team! It is their phone system!!! It absolutely sucks! Yet thenENTERPRISE TEAM ROCKS!!!

It was a very good experience. The women who waited on me went out of her way to work with me. I wish I would have gotten her name. She is with the Sturgis, MI office. And they upgraded us from economy to the next level. I was driving a sporty little Nissan.
