Close to early on Saturday
I rent from the saginaw location every time I need a vehicle. It can be for vacation, out of town appointments, having my car fixed or just to celebrate a night out. They are always great and even when I need to extend my rental they have no problem helping me out. Thank you to the team at the Saginaw Michigan location for great customer service.. I recommend them to friends and family.
I had a mess of a trip coming from Michigan to Missouri I need a car ASAP, when I got to Missouri it was almost closing time and they were able to get me in at the Gladstone location they got me a charger for one night. I ended up needing the car for two more days everyone was super cool it was smooth they let me get it for the next couple days I return the car I couldn’t avast for a better experience with enterprise. They definitely have my business from now on
Great customer service the car was awesome except the gas mileage wasn't the best lol :) I have been renting from Enterprise for years and have never had any issues, they always seem to go above and beyond at the Saginaw Bay Road
