I don’t take the bus often but desited to give it a shot because my car was getting maintenance done. It wasn’t bad I got to we’re I need to go so I can’t really complain. The service could of been a little better though. ud83dude42ud83dudc4d
I literally hate this bus system. The staff are sometimes rude but some are nice. The kids fighting is super annoying. I try to avoid it as much as possible when I can. Don’t get me wrong a good amount of the time they do what they’re supposed to but trust me when you ride you’ll see what I mean, you won’t like it either.
Honestly this bus system just runs poorly. Most of the time everything’s okay but sometimes the passengers and the bus drivers can be rude. There are fights at the main bus terminal, especially when it’s warm and kids are out of school for the day and the security aren’t really helpful since they aren’t armed(not saying I want any of the kids to be shot! but perhaps a baton could be useful) and there are sometimes baligerant passengers who swear at the bus drivers or who are mentally unstable. Also the buses tend to be late often and sometimes the bus drivers pull off before they’re supposed to. Overall I’m just waiting until I get my car and once it comes I’m done with stars completely.

Just being honest S.T.A.R.S Your staff/rude drivers are some of the worst, rude, employees i have ever seen in any type of business they do not help anyone, the elderly or people are a little .Handicapped. Always late if early thats your fault wait for the next bus is what the driver told me. Also dont know what type license they have but my 7 year old can driver better. Cant tell you how many times we almost crashed red lights ran no stops a railroad crossing just a quck glance n go. Probably One of the worst public transportation in the U.S.
