Very nice experience overall. The vehicle was ready on time and exactly what we reserved. Expedition Max held our 4 adults, 4 kids comfortably. Although their was a Covid clean notice along with an extra Clorox wipe included in the vehicle, they missed the gum wrappers and general crumbs in the back seat and floor areas making it feel like it just got returned. Felt like a detail 1/2 done. Also, the oil change light came on right away when I started it for the first time and then each time we started it over our week long vacation. Did the vehicle serve its purpose? Yes. In fairness to Enterprise, due to my schedule I did not bring this to their attention and drove away.

My first rental of a vehicle from Enterprise and it was a great experience. The vehicle I rented was top notch with no issues and the customer contact with my agent Marissa was second to none. Highly recommend!!

Used the local Enterprise twice with no issues, so I figured I would use them again. Just a tip, suggestion, and advice... if your employees answer the phone using speaker phone option, and I have to strain to hear your employee, because it sounds like they are in a tunnel and 10ft away from the phone... I am hanging up. So, be professional and answer the phone accordingly.nnI will attempt one more time... if I get an employee on speaker phone, I am taking my business to Avis or Hertz.
