Turned in one. Then a couple days later needed to rent another one. The turn in was quick and smooth. The second rental had dirty windows. Especially the rear window. Which was somewhat of a distraction when using the rear view mirror. Also the lane assist or whatever it is called would jerk the steering wheel in your hands. Felt weird. Liked the alert bells much better.
Went with our daughter to rent a car....Sebastian was very helpful & friendly.
I was here to pick up my car and had to wait forever for the employee to decide to help me out. Stood there was ignored completely then when they finally came out they told me to step aside and that they were helping someone else before me. I had a 10am pickup and they decided to help someone with a later pickup. This was easily because of the color of my skin. People of color avoid this horrific establishment because they will help white people first and foremost before us ethnics are given help.
Employees are excellent at there job
Car was dirty, had a funky smell in the front seat. We were told we could extend at the same rate. WRONG! The 1-800 number was answered by a call center outside of the US. We had a very difficult time understanding our representative. Never again! We used this company to save a few dollars, not worth the headaches!
