This was the first time I had to rent a car. Enterprise Gaylord really came through in my time of need because I needed to go to Saginaw VA hospital for a CT scan. They worked with Progressive Insurance after my auto collision a few days before even though I don’t have collision insurance on my paperwork. Progressive gave me some discount codes and Enterprise set me up with a really nice ride to make it to my reschedule appointment at the VA hospital in Saginaw. Even returning the rental car was easier than I thought it would be. The only difficulty is that they are not open on Saturdays and Sundays. So I had to make my rental on Friday so I would have the car on Monday for my appointment. After returning the rental car I only had wait out a very short period to get my deposit back. I thought getting the deposit back would take a lot longer than it did. They don’t mess around with setting you up with a decent vehicle and returning your deposit when you’re done with it. The staff there is very kind and courteous. Also quite friendly. They also follow the COVID-19 safety rules and ask that you do as well. Enterprise Gaylord made it easy to Rent-A-Car and return it. I will definitely rent from them again.

Friendly people who were easy to deal with. Rented a minivan for a week to drive to FL. Fair price. Nicely equipped car.

My co-worker and I were stuck in Gaylord without transportation back to Lansing. We called Enterprise and they picked us up from the hotel and brought us to their office. We drove away with a nice mustang. Very friendly staff and quick check out. Very happy with their help.

Overall great experience. Vehicle is exactly what we reserved, unlimited mileage and vehicle is in perfect condition. The three agents I spoke with and worked with were all wonderful, patient and answered all of my questions. Will definitely return if we need another rental in the future. Drove over an hour to get this rental on Fourth of July weekend, reserved the car on Friday the same day we picked it up and had no issues.
