We rented a Jeep Grand Cherokee when our car was in the shop for a week and it was awesome. I have used Enterprise for years and will continue to do so. I strongly recommend them all the time to anyone looking to rent a car or truck.

Outstanding customer service great prices on great vehicles only place I'll rent a vehicle from. Never had them add any sneaky ad on prices or insurance . We carry full coverage on our personal vehicles which covers the rental vehicle , before you rent Make sure your insurance covers rental. Are experiences only with the Richmond Kentucky on the bypass .

Insurance rented car from Enterprise for me while my car was being repaired. Enterprise was very easy to deal with when my car took longer to be repaired. I would highly recommend leasing from Enterprise. Great staff!

I love driving fun, sporty cars. So at the end of a long week due to a death in the family and my own car in the shop; I found myself needing a substitute car within hours of reservation. Enterprise is always my one stop shop. When I got there the car I reserved was not quite ready, however, I explained the reason for the trip and that I could not wait. They provided a substitute that unexpectedly worked out even better than I could have hoped. Due to COVID 19 the process was touch free, no wait and I was able to make it to my destination on time. I appreciated Enterprise making last minute changes to accommodate my schedule. Instead of the 1/2 tank owed upon return I actually filled it up to pay it forward for their next customer. Thanks Enterprise. You are always my first choice! Richmond, Kentucky customer service is exceptional!!!
