Is is a fantastic branch to pick up a car. My work schedule requires me to pick up a vehicle weekly. Transactions are seamless. In and out in five minutes. You are greeted friendly. The cars are clean and well-equipped. Drew and Austin are the main employees and are a huge improvement over the prior management. They get to know your preference on vehicles and recognize the value of repeat customers. They are honest professional and there to help. Couldn’t ask for a better customer vs. staff relationship.
I worked with Austin while my truck was being worked on at the dealership. They did a fantastic job and really went the extra mile to be sure the transition from my truck, to theirs was painless. I rented their car as my car was undergoing repairs.They gave me a costly big car even when I did not request on false promise saying its covered, Few days into the repairs I realized the repairs were lengthy and contacted my repair shop for renting a cheaper car. I received a call back from Enterprise guy promising all the expenses were covered by my insurance. According to him there was just one time $50 deposit out of my own pocket so I continued with the car. When I checked my account after returning the car they deducted a whooping sum around 1k dollars. They neither bothered to send me an updated invoice nor gave me an explanation when called. They are running business on fraud and misinformation. Zero trustworthy agency.
I routinely rent a vehicle at this location. Great service... fast, friendly, efficient pickup and return. Nice cars that are clean and taken care of. Thankyou.
They have an easy process but not crazy about the $300 deposit. Cars are usually nice and smoke free
