Had nothing but great experiences from both of the locations he owns. Chanel ,and all the staff are truly great. Keep working on the new girl/trainee attitude though she could be a little more laid back and friendly.
My friend took a car from here and the car was not clean and had smoke smell in it. He don’t smoke also but they charged him a huge amount for it. Car prices are good here but this part made us feel very bad. They dint agree for whatsoever too. We decided to never rent from here and stay away.
A car was rented by my friend from here and they charged a fine saying that there was smoke smell while returning, but he never smokes. Very bad experience and never gonna rent vehicle from here anymore. And also won’t be suggesting it to any of our friends.
I had a really good experience with them, rented a Ford ecosport for a couple weeks, it was a nice car and they handled all the payment stuff properly and are taking proper COVID measures. This is a great place to rent a car if you're trying to save money and the staff were helpful, I highly recommend renting from here!
