Had a car reservations and came to pick up car and was told they didn't expect chime debit had to cancel and appointment that took 4 mo to get. They had no consideration and no one mentioned or on website about not accepting this card... Awful customer service went to enterprise and had no problems at all

I have never given a 1 star review before. This was the worst experience. I was renting a minivan for an upcoming trip as my car will not accomodate my needs. Got the keys go out look it over, scratches on every part of the car, windshield chip, broken front grill, open the door to check inside and upon sticking my head in, there is a strong stench of Marijuana. I go in note all of this he has no other mini van, whatever I need it. I go back out and the van does not start. At this point the store is closing, door locked. I am pounding on the door, my ride gone and now this rental that doesn't start. Enough time passed that my husband was back and parked at the back of building waiting for me to come out. Only the employee was trying to sneak out back. He did now come to the front and offered to Jump Start the van, I said no way, got a refund and left. He was supposed to have voided the purchases, however it is still showing in progress on my booking site and pending charges on my credit card account. If I could give a negative star rating I would. Orbitz, Budget Customer Service all failed to do anything to help me get a rental an now my trip is being pushed while I search for another rental van.

NEVER go here!!!! Really wish we would have read the reviews before renting from here... We are suppose to be picking up an SUV this afternoon & they just called to tell us they don't have one of any kind... No size SUVs... They didn't find us one at another location either. Have no idea what we are going to do about finding a vehicle now for our vacation ud83dude25 None of the ones we can find this late even compare to the price we were given here since it's such late notice.

Staff was very helpful in making sure the car was set to go even taking the time to fill up the car after we realized it was only half full.

It is good. Service is good. Just don't understand why they can't take take my green dot checking account visa card. Everything else seems to take the visa.
