Please let me do you a favor, go find a different company. Hertz has no problem completely screwing you over and doing nothing to fix it. Your entire trip will be ruined because you trusted this place. Don’t do it.

Reserved a reservation for this morning on Thursday. Get there and they tell me I can use my debit card which then cancels you my reservation because no credit card the day we were supposed to leave on a trip. Running around trying to find another place to rent. Also told I needed to call to get my money back so waiting on hold for 15 minutes not to mention in their little book states you can you a debit card.. will be writing corporate a complaint

Friendly, clean & Well maintained during Covid-19. Vehicle was clean and in great condition & had full tank of gas. Highly recommend Hertz!

45 minutes later I’m still waiting for a Lyft that you ordered to pick me up. Rude customer service also. Thanks for leaving me stranded. I decided to go with enterprise! They arrived before you could order a Lyft.

They only have like a fleet of less than 6 cars no lie I wish I would've known before taking the drive all the way east! But the staff is nice
