The guys who staff this place are wonderful. It has always been a quick and friendly pick up from wherever I am, and under five minutes to get out the door when I have my rental vehicle. Would happily visit them for any rental needs in the area.

I received a compact car that was a very very rough ride. It literally had no shocks or struts. It was horrible.

There is no reason they can't pick up and return customers if masks are worn by everyone in the car. The employees are wearing masks and standing 18 inches away when the customer signs for the car. And, they've raised the price.nnI'm not blaming the staff at the Monroe location, they're great.nnHowever, price is up and service is down.

The first time I rented from Enterprise , I had no issues, the sales staff were easy and friendly to work with. However my most recent rental with them, I set up my reservation in advance only to find out an hour before my pickup time that the vehicle would not be available. they stated it may be available later on in the day if I could change my pickup time which I was not able to since I work. There is a reason that customer select specific times to pick up that work best for them. The location was still able to get me in a vehicle however it was nowhere close to the same vehicle we needed. Super disappointing. We have also rented from Hertz and have never had an issue, however Hertz is temporarily closed now so we figured we would try Enterprise again, but this will definitely affect how we rent in the Future.
