They have been amazing to deal with while vehicle has had to go back to shop on three different ocassions. Customer service is exceptional. Attention to sanitation and safety standards amid covid. Also they didn't have the car I had requested so they went to the airport to get one for me last minute. They are very kind and attentive too. I'll definitely use their services again!

So I've gotten three cars from enterprise recently 1 in saginaw and 2 from the midland location.. now I know saginaw Is a lot bigger city but dang it was was so much easier and quicker here!! The man and a woman who helped me were do friendly and nice and walked over the car an made sure any marks were put down ( that never happened in saginaw) and it was just a great easy pick up ... I'll be back in. No time

This was my first time renting and I’m under 25 so I was expecting a hassle. It was the easiest process I imagine possible. Car was cleaned and detailed before I received the keys. Social distancing and masks were used during check in & out. Definitely will be renting here in the future.

I had this rental vehicle while my jeep grand Cherokee was being repaired. There is nothing particularly wrong with the rental vehicle However I wish they would’ve verified the fuel level properly when I left the lot The vehicle only had a quarter of a tank however the representative claimed it had 5/8 of a tank so I had to pay the difference, I know it seems petty but I thought all rental vehicles were supposed to be full when you picked them up.
