I was pleased about the service I received at the Enterprise Rent A Car on Cooper Street in Jackson MI. The day before I was scheduled to go out of state I had to move my location pick up of the car. I called Jackson and they were able to move the reservation to their location and accommodate me with exactly the vehicle I needed. The car was clean, free of damage and we had no issues during the two weeks I had the car. All of the staff were pleasant and eager to help. I will definitely be going back to this location for all future rentals.nnAnother year and another trip with Enterprise Rent a Car in Jackson MI. As always there service is amazing, customer service is always accommodating and helpful. They had a nice selection of Mini Vans for me to choose from. The vehicle was fully loaded, clean and ran flawlessly during our trip. If you need a vehicle for any reason, I would recommend Enterprise in Jackson Michigan!!

This location in Jackson is really good. Very helpful people. We have a corporate account here so they know us. But I've recommended people to go there for personal rentals and they experience the same things we do. It's definitely worth a try!!!

This guys at enterprise were amazing especially since I needed 2 cars the day I was planning on traveling for vacation. Tyler, Brennan, Austin, Megan and Nathan were fantastic. They knew I was in a hurry but they explained everything to me in a timely fashion along with having the vehicles ready for me. I still have not dropped off the vehicle but they even gave us till the end of day to drop off. Will continue to come to Enterprise because of their attentiveness to customers and helpfulness!!!

If I could give them more stars ⭐ufe0f I would! They gave such wonderful service! We were in a terrible accident and our first rental from Avis was absolutely horrible! Nate took great care of my reservation, Austin picked me up in a clean, new, gassed car with a full windshield wiper fluid tank, we all know how important that is in Michigan this time of year! I finally felt safe on the road again! Stellar service!
