Rented a car elsewhere, but had to replace it due to a mechanical failure. The agent at the Lansing airport was very friendly and promptly took care of the issue putting us in a new car to continue our trip. This is the kind of service that will make me continue renting from Budget and Avis.
The process was easy. The staff Stephanie was pleasant and kind. The car did have a smoked in smell that my kids noticed but everything else was great!
Worst experience of my life. 0 stars. Prepaid 600$ for a car to be told you cant use a card with debt an when i provided a card that didn't say debt. They still said they couldn't process it. They also said it would take 5 to 7 bushiness days for the refund. Absolute scam of a company

The person at the service desk was wonderful. She was friendly and very efficient. I asked about how the cars were being sanitized and felt confident my rental would be safe to travel in. She even provided me with an alcohol wipe for my hands and cards after our transaction.
