Enterprise Rent-A-Car

There are honestly not enough stars to rate the level of customer service I received at this location. I traveled from Ga to Maine and because the car I picked up in Ga was to little for me I stop at 4 other locations along the way in attempts to switch to a bigger vehicle. Not only was I unsuccessful but the level of understanding was sub-par at best. Fast forward to today Fri Feb. 19th I called and immediately got a response (if you know you know) polite and courteous on the phone . Went to the location to exchange and was greeted by Joshua Woodard (manager trainee, who should Definitely be a manager ASAP) he was so nice understanding and despite the problems I had experienced from other locations apologized and got me into a full size vehicle fast. I cannot say enough about my experience and how pleased I was . If you’re in Maine rent from this location it will be worth it!!!

I crashed my family car a week before Christmas and the insurance company wouldn't cover my rental car. I called the guys over at Enterprise in Augusta and Josh really took care of me. Josh set me up with the best deal for the MONTH long rental and set my family up with a reliable family car at a discounted rate. Thanks for all the help!

Worst car rental experience ever, accused of a parking violation in a different state.. when I never left the state with their vehicle.. Was director to three different numbers to call.. just to find out they can't do anything about it.. on top of the fees they charged me.. will not be doing buisness with any of your offices period.

I have been an international Enterprise customer for more than 25 years, however, in no country or city, have I ever experienced such polite, professional and, consistently of the highest quality customer service as at the Augusta, Maine, location! Requesting a van for moving, Thalia even called the out-of-state-location to make sure it was available for drop-off (many are closed during COVID). Josh pre-prepared the paperwork over the phone (I was pressed with time) without missing one single detail. I was picked up by a courteous young driver at my home on-time despite deteriorating weather conditions and received one of the most comfortable, economical and spotless vans that I have ever driven! Being new to the area, Adam provided me with additional information and recommendations which prepared me well for my long-distance journey that went by without the slightest inconvenience. The last time I received such attention and care was among family. Congratulations to this amazing team and thank you again kindly.
