Hertz

Hertz will not rent to you if you do not have a major credit card! Unfortunately not everyone has one. Instead I found an app called Turo where all you need is a debit card, plus you get to pick the vehicle you want. I rented from Jeff in Portland, Maine, it was a great experience!

Not reliable!! Don’t think just because you have reserved a vehicle, that they will actually make sure you get that vehicle!! Not only may you not get a vehicle, they will only give you a couple hours notice! Terrible service!!! Thank goodness Enterprise bailed us out of the predicament Hertz put my family in!!

Awful service. As I arrived the guy working said he had to pickup another customer and would be back shortly. I waited over an hour with another lady and the guy never showed back up. I'll be contacting Hertz customer line to let them know what I experienced. Booked another rental with Enterprise just down the road near Rowe Ford. Enterprise has never let me down.

Pleasant and accomadating. Knowledgeable employees. Cheaper than Enterprise!

It's a pretty pricey car rental
