Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Such a great experience for us! They went above and beyond when we left a cellphone behind and had to go back the next day to get it. From the rental counter to turning the car in, everyone was great! We will definitely rent from them again on our next trip to Maine.

The check-in process was very quick. As always, just check the coverage your credit card offers in reference to the extra coverage Enterprise offers. The car was clean, they provided an ice scraper in case of snow (which I needed), and even had the Sirius running for the trip (which was a pleasant surprise). Checkout was even easier.

What a pleasant experience we had renting from Enterprise. The staff were exceptional and I would like to personally thank Luke at the Portland, Maine airport office specifically.nnGreat car and fast drop-off upon return. Thank you all for a great rental experience.

Honestly had a great experience at this enterprise location. Had to switch the vehicle due to navigation issues and they were friendly and kind to me through this process. Would rent from here again, grateful for a good experience. Car was what I needed for my trip.

In Portland, ME we showed up at 11:30 PM the day before Thanksgiving and was given top notch customer service. Filled it up and returned the keys to the drop box as we got in to the airport early. No issues and all together about 5 minutes dealing with the rep. Will use them every time!
