Hertz

I only give 2 star because the reps at the desk were very polite.nI required assistance exchanging a vehicle, being filthy & in bad mechanical shape.nwith no answer from roadside assistance I was told to go to the local branch. The airport location informed me upon arrivaln(because they refuse to connect the phone calls to desk)nNo cars were available, but “come back in the morning”. I showed up bright & early only to be told “no cars available”. Mind you the parking lot was full of cars...nThey said call downtown location, who informed me they get their cars from the airport!nAs a presidential circle member,nI think hertz is having some serious issues...

Hertz is great, but the airport must do a better job with the signage leading to the rental counter. It took my son and I over half an hour - carrying all of his bags as an incoming freshman - before finding a sign that led to a broken elevator to nowhere...

Terrible service... just awful.

Charged much more than reservation price and only realized after I picked up car. No one could help me when I called in. Spoke to 8 different people with no success. Could not reach billing office or desk where I picked up car. Have been a gold club member for many, many years but finding Hertz service leaves much to be desired.nFinally reached someone who said because I picked up car an hour early (2 pm instead of 3 pm) they added $20.82 to the bill - although I reserved for 24 hours and will have the car back prior to 24 hours. Fascinating that Hertz would charge $20 to pick the car up early but would provide no compensating $20 credit if I return a car an hour early!!
