Rented a nice Chevy Suburban for a week to make a long trip. Vehicle was awesome, price was good and service was great. I only wish Alamo would keep all of members info on file (like cc) and not charge so much for additional drivers. One of the big advantages of using Alan is that they don’t overcharge for SUV’s and pickups.

Great rental in Portland, ME. Upgraded because they did not have the car requested. Accidently left papers at the rental counter, and they protected them and returned them one week later.

Fantastic service - there was no wait, the customer service rep behind the counter was nice and gave us a choice on vehicle when he realized my hatred of everything hyundai :-) Price was EXTREMELY fair and the return was as easy as dropping keys in the drop off box. I highly recommend and will use them again.
