Fast service. Guy at the counter is quick. He is twice as fast than any other counter person I have dealt with anywhere.

I have always had terrific experiences with Dollar ... a first class operation and great customer service!

Very helpful staff easy check in and check out. Using a debit card is great. That way I don't have to tie up my credit card. Again STAFF did a super Jo's.

I couldn't be happier about this whole experience. The man at the counter went out of his way to accommodate a couple of last minute needs (with a smile!) The car was great, and everything was easier than I ever thought it would be. Thanks!

I do not recommend to anyone the representative behind the desk did not provide correct information.nThe vehicle I rented needed an oil change I brought it back to get one & was informed it would be 3 day to get one done but I could pay for it myself & get reimbursed. Terrible service-I payed out of pocket for an oil change & was told to bring receipt to be refunded. Not only that also was charged for fuel when I was informed that as long as I bring it back full no additional charges would be made. I submitted a request to get these addressed & was declined any refund for both. Why would I fill up the gas and pay extra fuel charge? Why would I pay for out of pocket oil change if I was told I would be refunded? Simply put terrible!
